Europe Vision Plc - Distribution Agreement with Solomon Entertainment Enterprises

On 19 April 2007, Europe Vision Plc (in which company Europeinvestment A/S owns
34,661,750 shares, corresponding to 25.5 % of the share capital) has published
an AIM notification. Europe Vision Plc has thus notified that it has agreed to
a new media distribution deal with Michael Solomon to distribute European
Vision Plc's product via the internet. Parallel to this arrangement, Mr Solomon
will also buy 1 million new Ordinary Shares in Europe Vision Plc at GBP 1.00
per share, representing 0.72 % of the enlarged share capital. Application will
be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM on 30 April 2007.

Michael Solomon began his career in film distribution by loading films on to
trucks for United Artists at the age of 18 in 1956. At 24, he became the
youngest field manager in the history of the motion picture industry when he
headed up United Artists' office in Lima, Peru. In 1964, he started up MCA's
Latin American Television Division while based in Mexico and later Brazil. By
age 30, Mr Solomon became MCA's youngest vice president.

In 1978, he co-founded Telepictures Corporation, which went on to become the
largest US television syndication company and one of the largest international
television distribution companies, as well as the owner and operator of six
television stations in the U.S. Telepictures became a public company (NASDAQ)
after only 14 months under the leadership of Mr Solomon as chairman and CEO.
After Telepictures merged with Lorimar to form Lorimar Telepictures Corp., Mr
Solomon became the new company's President and served on its Board of Directors
to steer the company into a takeover by Warner Bros. reportedly worth $ 1.4 bn.

Following a five-year tenure at Warner Bros. as head of International TV in
which he increased international television revenues more than 400 per cent and
built a lasting international structure, Mr Solomon left in April 1994 to
launch his own television communications companies, Solomon Entertainment
Enterprises.

His main focus today is Solomon Entertainment Enterprises (SEE) - a worldwide
content provider to all forms of television, home video, internet and wireless
phones. He is President and CEO of SEE.

Mr Solomon serves on the Board of Directors of Industrial Enterprises of
America (OTC), and also the Board of Overseers of New York University's Stern
School of Business (18 years), is a Founder of The Sam Spiegel Film &
Television School in Jerusalem, and was Founding Chairman of The Jerusalem
Foundation of the West Coast of the United States. He was educated at New York
University's Stern School of Business and Boston's Emerson College.

The notification from Europe Vision Plc has not caused the Board of Directors
of Europeinvestment A/S to change its view as to a realistic net proceeds in
connection with Europeinvestment A/S' sale of its shares in Europe Vision Plc.
