Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom Group for 2006, attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled to 83,689 thousand EUR. Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December 2006 attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled 142,832 thousand EUR. The Management Board's proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay to shareholders as dividends 83,761 thousand EUR i.e. 0.61 EUR per share, proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.
