Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom Group for 2006, attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled to 1,309,443 thousand EEK. Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December 2006 attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled 2,234,831 thousand EEK. The Management Board's proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay to shareholders as dividends 1,310,568 thousand EEK i.e. 9.50 EEK per share, proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.
