Nevada Gold Ends Discussions to Sell Interest in Isle of Capri-Black Hawk

Company Determines That Maintaining Ownership Stake is in Best Interest of Shareholders

(AMEX:UWN) today announced that it has ended discussions with Isle of Capri regarding the potential sale of its 43% interest in Isle of Capri Black Hawk. The Company indicated it has no current plans to sell its interest at this time.
