GTP123, Inc. Announces Operating Plan

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GTP123, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTPI), announced today its new operating plan to become a source of information and support for small companies wishing to raise capital and become publicly traded companies. The Company, through its subsidiaries Fountain Capital University, Inc. ("FCU"), Global Trading Partners Corp. ("GTP") and New Dynamic Media Productions, Inc. ("NDMP"), will provide a variety of classes, information, support and encouragement for the management of small companies.

President and CEO Garland E. Harris stated, "Our goal is to help up 62,400 small companies raise capital and get their stock traded on an entry level public market. We realize that this will necessitate the invention of additional markets and supporting services that do not exist today. We are doing this because we believe that while many companies are chasing business in China, India, and other countries, there are vast opportunities for entrepreneurs that exist right here in the greatest market in the world, the United States of America. We believe that if the United States doesn't make the effort to support its own entrepreneurs, our economy will suffer in the end. We want to be part of that support effort."

Mr. Harris added, "While much of what we will teach entrepreneurs is available in books, academic classes and lectures from various groups and institutions around the country, we believe that if people don't have consistently available support and reinforcement, they won't make adequate use of that information. Our company will supply that support and coaching."

Mr. Harris emphasized that the Company will not be a stockbroker or a financing finder, rather it plans to fill an unfilled need for information, coaching and support for entrepreneurs with potentially, high-growth companies.

The Company's operating plan is to have its subsidiaries make available to entrepreneurs various kinds of support. FCU will assist companies to understand the process of raising capital and the options which are available to them. It will also provide guidance to interested companies on how get their stock traded on the entry level stock markets. GTP will provide global consulting services to companies on how to benefit from a specialized financial instrument it calls a Troption. NDMP will provide promotion, production and media services to public companies to replace the usually ineffective investor relations services. GTPI intends to grow through developing and acquiring businesses that will assist small companies in the process of raising capital and going public.

Mr. Harris, who has over 20 years of management, training and entrepreneurial-related experience with several companies in fields ranging from real estate to barter trading, led a group which acquired the Company (formally traded under the symbol NOVX) earlier this year. The Company has offices in Austin, Texas; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada.
