TradeDoubler Board nominations for 2007 AGM

Kristoffer Arwin, Lars Lundquist and Rolf Lydahl proposed as new
directors to serve on the TradeDoubler Board.

TradeDoubler's Nomination Committee has proposed that Kristoffer
Arwin, Lars Lundquist and Rolf Lydahl be elected at the 2007 AGM to
serve as new members of the Board of Directors. The committee also
recommends that Elisabet Annell, Felix Hagnö, Martin Henricsson and
Lars Stugemo be re-elected as directors and that Kjell Duveblad be
re-elected as Chairman. Directors Göran Strandberg, Peter Ahldin and
Catharina Stackelberg-Hammarén have all expressed their intention not
to stand for re-election.

The Nomination Committee has focused on expanding the Board's skills
and expertise, particularly in relation to Internet-related issues,
knowledge of multinational businesses and international expansion,
and continuity.

Kristoffer Arwin has been Chief Executive Officer of Wiral Internet
Group since 2007 and possesses unique industry expertise. He was a
co-founder of price comparison company PriceRunner and its CEO until
December 2005. Born in 1970, Arwin is a Swedish citizen and holds a
BSc in Business and Administration from Stockholm University.

Lars Lundquist has more than 30 years' experience working for banks,
brokerages and insurance companies. He was Chief Financial Officer
and Executive Vice President of SEB prior to his retirement from this
position on 1 January 2005. Lundquist is Chairman of the Board of JM
AB and Intrum Justitia AB. Born in 1947, he is a Swedish citizen and
holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the
Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from the University of
Wisconsin in the US.

Rolf Lydahl is a self-employed businessman in the agriculture and
real estate sectors. He has more than 30 years' experience in
financial services and real estate, having served as Chief Executive
Officer of finance company Probo and Executive Vice President of
Nordstjernan. Lydahl is Chairman of the Board of IndeCap and
Jernhusen. Born in 1945, he is a Swedish citizen and holds a BSc in
Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of
Economics.

The members of the TradeDoubler Nomination Committee are: Ramsay
Brufer (chairman), Alecta Pensionsförsäkring; Robert Ahldin, Arctic
Ventures 1 Ehf; Felix Hagnö, Enzymix Systems Ltd; and Kjell Duveblad,
Chairman of the Board of TradeDoubler. On 23 March 2007 the
Nomination Committee appointed Anders Ljungqvist of AMF Pension and
Anders Algotsson of AFA as deputy members.
