McLaughlin brings with him 12 years of combined construction and log home experience, serving the last 7 years as national sales manager for log home producer Lincoln Logs Ltd of Chestertown, NY.

The "team" he refers to is a partnership announced in December 2005 between clothing giant Woolrich, Inc., of Woolrich, PA and Hearthstone, Inc., of Dandridge, TN, long-time manufacturers of log and timber frame homes.
