SUPPLEMENT TO SOCIETE GENERALE'S WARRANT BASE PROSPECTUS APPROVED BY
FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY

The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has on 24 April 2007 ap-
proved a supplement to Societe Generale's warrant base prospectus. The
supplement contains financial and other information on the company and
is available as of 25 April 2007 at the Societe Generale website at
