"Katie" McCarthy, an intellectual property lawyer with an extensive background in copyright and trademark litigation and unfair competition law, has joined the firm's trademark litigation practice as a partner in the firm's New York office.

McCarthy earned a B.A. degree in Psychology at The College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. degree at Columbia University School of Law.
