Hereby please be informed that during the reconstruction in the joint stock company “Liepajas metalurgs” in the associated company “Elme Messer Metalurgs” will be built an oxygen plant. Joint Stock Company “Liepajas metalurgs” owns a 49% of all stocks of “Elme Messer Metalurgs Ltd.”. The total value of this Project is approx. 17,5 million LVL and this plant is planned to build within three years. For the first period there is planned to rise an investments from funds of European Union that in the case of successful realization the investments will be about LVL 600 000,-.
