Sponda Plc issues EUR 150 million bond Sponda Plc has issued a Private Placement floating-rate bond to domestic institutional investors. The bond has a value of EUR 150 million and a maturity of 4 years. The bond's coupon has been confirmed as three-month Euribor plus 0.40 percentage points. The lead manager of the issue was OKO Bank. No request will be made for listing of the bond. Sponda raised a short-term EUR 1.5 billion syndicated credit facility in December 2006.
