Hereby joint stock company “Laima” notifies that its subsidiary company SIA “Euro Food” has bought UAB “Margiris” in Lithuania at EUR 2.8 millions. Like SIA “Euro Food” UAB “Margiris” is a fast food manufacturer and wholesaler. The business activities of AS “Laima” are not effected by SIA “Euro Food” obtaining UAB “Margiris” shares.
