Mr. Veli Torvinen, M.Sc. (Engineering), has been appointed the managing director of Incap Furniture Ltd, the furniture business segment of Ruukki Group, effective as of 15 May 2007. Prior to that Mr. Torvinen has been the deputy managing director and later the managing director of Scanfil Plc for the period 2004 - 2007, and moreover the managing director of Filtronic LK Ltd in 1998 - 2004. Incap Furniture Ltd's current managing director Juha Kohonen will become a partner in a newly established consulting company.
