The shareholders' meeting of JSC Preses nams, a subsidiary of the join stock company Ventspils nafta, has elected new members of the Supervisory Board for the company. The newly elected Supervisory Board, for its part, elected also a new chairman of the Supervisory Board, as well as two his deputies during its first meeting. In the Supervisory Board of JSC Preses nams such members as Jānis Blaževičs, Ilva Purēna, Lilita Seimuškāne and Andris Uzuleņš were re-elected while Normunds Staņēvičs was elected for the first time. During its first meeting, the newly elected Supervisory Board elected N. Staņēvičs as a chairman of the Supervisory Board. N. Staņēvičs is the investment director of JSC Ventspils nafta educated in Concordia International University in Tallinn, Estonia. He has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration. Jānis Blaževičs, who held this office also before, and Ilva Purēna were elected the deputy chairpersons of the Supervisory Board for JSC Preses nams. JSC Preses nams is the largest printing and publishing concern in the Baltic States and a leader of this industry in the region.
