Grant of warrants
Copenhagen, April 27, 2007. Today, Maconomy's Board of Directors has decided to
grant a total of 165.000 warrants to Claus Thorsgaard, newly-appointed VP Sales
as per June 1, 2007 as well as to another employee.
When taking effect his appointment, Claus Thorsgaard is comprehended by the
insider-rules in pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act, for which
reason this information is given:

The warrants can be exercised 2 years after the grant and expires 4 years after
the grant. The grant of 75.000 warrants to Claus Thorsgaard, half the number of
total warrants, is further conditioned upon achievement of specific financial
targets.
The exercise price will be the average trading price on the OMX Nordic Stock
Exchange A/S 5 trading days after the announcement of the interim report for
the 1st. half of 2007 on April 27, 2007, with an increase of 5%. The exercise
price can therefore not be determined until May 8, 2007, when Maconomy will
issue a supplementary stock announcement with a statement of the granted
warrants' value.
