1. On the 27 th of April 2007 in the general shareholders meeting of SAMPO bankas AB resignations of three Board members (Jukka Ohls, Markku Pehkonen ir Risto Tornivaara) were accepted. Regarding decision of the shareholder, members of the Board leave their office from the 30 th of April 2007. 2. From the 30 th of April 2007 three new Board members (Lars Stensgaard Moerch, Sven Erik Lystbæk ir Thomas Mitchell) take their office.
