Munters signs SEK 2,000 Million revolving credit syndicated loan facility Munters AB today signed a five year SEK 2,000 million Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility with two one-year extension options, arranged by SEB Merchant Banking. The Facility will be used to refinance the Munters' existing debt and to finance the SEK 492 Million extraordinary capital distribution recently approved by the Annual General Meeting, as well as to finance potential further acquisition driven growth initiatives. The Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Facility Agent is SEB Merchant Banking, a unit within Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), which is also joining the facility at SEK 650 Million. Svenska Handelsbanken joined the Facility as Arranger at SEK 450 million.
