OMX Baltic stock exchanges welcome AS Baltic Trust Bank as a pan-Baltic member

On April 27, 2007, AS Baltic Trust Bank has been approved as a member on the
Tallinn and Vilnius stock exchanges. Being already a member at the Riga Stock
Exchange, Baltic Trust Bank has become the 19th pan-Baltic member. 

AS Baltic Trust Bank operates primarily as a universal commercial bank offering
wide range of retail and corporate banking services, maintaining long-term
business relationships with the stated target customer groups. The Bank
continues to increase its financial activities every day. The volume of
inter-bank transactions and customer payments increases. That points at the
success of the Bank's tariff policy and its ability to attract new customers.
The Bank has established subsidiaries for asset management, rendering services
in property assessment and investments, and a pension fund. 

AS Baltic Trust Bank will trade on the OMX Baltic stock exchanges under the
trading code TRA. 

The OMX Baltic stock exchanges have 40 members altogether.
