World Am's Isotec Subsidiary Signs Government Marketing International as a Distributor of Its Weapons Control Security Portals

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM) today reported that its Isotec, Inc. subsidiary has entered into a distributor agreement with South Carolina-based Government Marketing International, Inc.

Government Marketing International's president is William N. Gadol. He has more than 35 years of government sales and marketing experience, and has been affiliated with World Am since December 2005 as a consultant.

"Retaining the services of Bill Gadol and Government Marketing International as a distributor is a real plus for Isotec," said President Ken Jochim. "Its purchases of goods and services makes the U.S. Government the world's largest customer."

"To maximize our service to Isotec and World Am, we are joining forces with Avanti Security," said Mr. Gadol. "Avanti, led by Michael Hogan, will market Isotec's product line in the domestic marketplace.

"In the wake of the tragedy in Virginia, Avanti last week distributed 500 informational packages on Isotec's security portal capabilities to college and university police authorities in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Virginia for their information," Mr. Gadol said.

About Isotec:

Isotec, whose solutions provide "Protection, not just Detection," develops, integrates and supplies Automated Security Portal products broadly categorized as Access Control, Weapons Control, or Materials Control Systems. These systems closely control entry or exit of people and materials into and/or out of a facility, while reducing the need for security personnel. Applications of the technology have been delivered to the commercial, retail and government sectors. Isotec's experience in this field allows it to provide high quality, code compliant, feature-rich, application-optimized solutions at the lowest cost in the shortest timeframe. To better market its products, Isotec in the past year has entered into 12 new distributorship agreements in the United States and abroad, and continues to expand its geographic presence.

World Am's other wholly owned subsidiary is Senz-It, whose planned product line represents an innovative advancement in the field of micro-sensors that have applications in homeland security, indoor air quality monitoring, food processing and health care. The products are intended to compete in the developing field of "electronic noses," and are intended to identify patterns of molecules present in air or liquid environments for significantly less cost than current approaches.
