Announcement No. 7-2007

                                                                   30 April 2007

Danware wins major order for NetOp® Remote Control and NetOp® On Demand from
customer in the Swedish automotive industry

Danware has signed an agreement to provide a full helpdesk solution consisting
of NetOp® On Demand and several thousand NetOp® Remote Control licenses to a
customer in the Swedish automotive industry. Our financial guidance for 2007 is
unaffected by the agreement.

Danware has been awarded a major order for NetOp® On Demand and NetOp® Remote
Control 9.0 from a company in the Swedish automotive industry. This is Danware's
first order combining NetOp® On Demand and NetOp® Remote Control 9.0, and it
will be executed to the customer over a two year span.

The Swedish company has a large number of PCs and servers and in its choice of
NetOp® On Demand and NetOp® Remote Control, it was especially motivated by the
fact that the company's helpdesk will achieve enhanced platform-independent
flexibility and control in the remote controlling of all of the organisation's
PCs and servers. The combination of NetOp® On Demand and NetOp® Remote Control
will mean that the different employee groups will have various levels of service
available to them, depending on whether they work inside or outside the
company's network. In addition, NetOp® Remote Control will enable the customer
to build an effective security control for the many external consultants it
employs. Accordingly, the facilities included in the NetOp® remote control
portfolio provide increased operational reliability, flexibility and security.

Having several major European car makers, including Porsche, in its customer
base, Danware has a solid background for meeting the special requirements of
this type of company. Danware applies the experience gained from serving this
type of customer when cultivating other prospective customers in the same
industry segment.

The agreement concluded does not change Danware's previously announced financial
guidance for 2007.
