HOUSTON, May 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisitions of Shores Energy Services and The Waterline Company. Shores has facilities in Ratliff City and Elk City, Oklahoma and specializes in oilfield logistics. The Waterline Company, located in Cleburne, Texas provides waterline supply services.

Shores specializes in rig relocation and heavy equipment hauling and marks Stallion's entry into the Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle market for its Heavy Haulers division. Besides adding an extensive equipment list to our existing fleet, the acquisition includes an experienced workforce. Mike Shores, founder of the company, will continue to manage the business which will operate as Stallion Heavy Haulers.
The Waterline Company provides waterline services to support customers in the Southern Ft. Worth Basin area including Johnson County and Parker County. Daniel White will continue to manage the company which will operate as Stallion Waterline.
Stallion Waterline will continue to help customers meet their aggressive completion requirements related to natural gas production. Horizontal completions are becoming the norm in many unconventional resource plays. These horizontal completions require up to 10 million gallons of water per well. Stallion Waterline helps ensure adequate supplies are available and helps producers reduce their completion costs through logistics planning.
