Component Changes Made to Dow Jones STOXX Indexes


ZURICH, Switzerland, May 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- STOXX Ltd., the leading European index provider, today announced component changes in various Dow Jones STOXX Indexes. The changes are being made due to Assurances Generales de France's (AGF; Financials, Euronext, AGF.FR) acquisition by Allianz (Financials, Xetra, ALV.XE).

In the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Index, AGF will be replaced by Nokian Renkaat (Consumer Goods, Helsinki, NRE1V.HE); in the Dow Jones STOXX Select Dividend 30 Index AGF will be replaced by Amlin (Financials, LSE, AML.LN) and in the Dow Jones EURO STOXX Select Dividend 30 Index AGF will be replaced by Vallourec (Industrials, Euronext; 12035.FR).

The changes in the Dow Jones STOXX indexes will be effective with start of trading on Monday, May 7, 2007.
