Additional Daily Service to Salt Lake City Begins July 27th

Low-Fare Carrier Gives Customers Three Bay Area Airport Options

Nonstop Flights Offer Industry-Leading Legroom, Award-Winning Service
and the Most Live Entertainment Options in the Skies

NEW YORK, May 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) today expands its award-winning, nonstop service from the Bay Area with the launch of four daily flights to New York City and one daily flight to Boston from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Beginning July 27, the low-fare, high-frills airline will add additional daily service to Salt Lake City. With the launch of today's inaugural service from SFO, JetBlue, which already serves Oakland and San Jose, now offers the most nonstop flights between New York City and the Bay Area, and provides the most California destinations served nonstop from Boston and New York.

Customers prefer JetBlue for its low fares, generous and complimentary name-brand snacks and its comfy leather seats. The low-cost carrier is home to the most legroom in coach and is the only airline to offer personal seatback TVs, complete with 36 channels of free, live DIRECTV(r) satellite service and a selection of pay-per-view movies from FOX InFlight. In addition to these signature amenities, customers also enjoy an in-flight snack service with a self-serve Snack Bar option at the rear of the aircraft, as well as a rotating selection of fine wines hand-picked by JetBlue's 'Low-Fare Sommelier,' Joshua Wesson of Best Cellars.

JetBlue's fares between San Francisco and New York City/JFK start at $164(a) each way through June 13. Regular fares will begin at $189(a). Regular fares between Boston and SFO begin at $164(a) each way. Fares each way between Salt Lake City and San Francisco will start at $89(a). Service to/from San Francisco is operated by the airline's A320 fleet.

"Our Bay Area customers continue to give us a reason to expand our service from more airports and to more destinations," said David Neeleman, Founder and CEO of JetBlue. "San Francisco was the logical next step for us, and today's additional service will provide our loyal customers with a convenient selection of airports to choose from. Whether they fly out of Oakland, San Jose or SFO, our customers will enjoy the most legroom and the most live entertainment options in the skies today, making the trip as enjoyable as the destination."

"There's a great deal of synergy between JetBlue and San Francisco International Airport: both are dedicated to strong customer service and provide exceptional amenities," said Mayor Gavin Newsom. "Their new airline service means more jobs and revenue for the entire Bay Area, but equally important more choices for passengers."

"We welcome JetBlue to SFO, where we strive to be the airport of choice for passengers and for airlines," said John L. Martin, SFO Airport Director. "The addition of JetBlue, with its economical fare structure, will help us to maintain competitive fares across the board, which benefits all passengers."

In addition to its new service to San Francisco, JetBlue already offers Bay Area customers daily nonstop service from both Oakland and San Jose to New York City and Boston. JetBlue also flies daily from Oakland to LA/Long Beach, CA; Washington, DC/Dulles; and Fort Lauderdale, FL. For customers traveling beyond these cities, the low-fare airline offers convenient connecting service to dozens of destinations across the United States and Caribbean.
