eHolding Technologies Signs $6 Million Contract to Construct Fresh Water Fish Farm in Northern Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, May 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- eHolding Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EHDN) reported today it has signed a $6 million, three year contract to build out a 40 acre fish farm northwest of Las Vegas.

"The customer's plan is to develop 10 sheds containing 58 tanks apiece, said eHolding Technologies CEO Doug Hamby. "This is expected to generate one million pounds of fish annually, which is equivalent to 45 tons per month. Additionally, each shed will yield, through the company's hydroponics expertise, approximately 17 million pounds of tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, herbs, and assorted vegetables -- all organic and chemically free."

Hamby added that the value-added markets for fresh organic fish are beginning to accelerate, as evidenced by the news last summer in Fortune Magazine that Wal-Mart, Whole Foods and other leading chains are seeking farmed fresh, chemical free, organic fish as a major change in product offerings."

"This project will consist of building ten 16,000 square foot hatchery buildings over the next three years," said Hamby. "The first phase will consist of building one hatchery building, as well as a four thousand square foot administration and laboratory facility."

Hamby said construction on the first building will start in June, with occupancy by September so the customer can start full operation by October 2007. eHolding will use SIP construction for all buildings, as conserving energy and maintaining consistent temperature to maximize production output are two primary concerns for the customer. The buildings will be steel frame structures with SIP panels attached for the walls and roof.

eHolding Technologies, Inc. (www.eholdingtech.com) was formed to manufacture energy efficient Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to be used as building components for residential and light commercial applications. SIP construction is distinguished from others by the fact that structures can lower cooling and heating costs by 50%, withstand Category 4 hurricane winds of 200 mph, and absorb earthquakes in excess of 5.0 points on the Richter scale.
