The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 700,000 new shares of DKK 100 to listing in Formuepleje Penta with effect from 11 May 2007. The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. We refer to announcements of 30 April and 1 May 2007 from Formuepleje Penta.
