With present JSC „Olainfarm” is informing that today May 03rd, 2007, JSC
„Olainfarm” notification concerning increase of fixed capital, priority rights
of shareholders and expression of public offer has been published by mistake in
the newspaper „Latvijas Vestnesis”. Publication of the notification has
occurred due to the technical malfunction and is going to be recalled in the
nearest next issue of „Latvijas Vestnesis”.
At the same time we would like to inform, that on May 02nd, 2007, the
Management Board and the Council of JSC „Olainfarm” have reviewed remarks of
the Financial and Capital Market Commission to the Rules of increase of fixed
capital and have introduced some amendments therein. New edition of Rules of
increase of fixed capital is published in attachment herein. Most significant
amendments have been made in the Articles 6.1.2. and 6.1.3. of the Rules of
increase of fixed capital. First stage of sign-up to the shares has been
prolonged to the end of the last day to use the priority rights, instead of
previous term of 12.00 o'clock. In its turn conclusion of third stage has been
postponed from 12.00 o'clock to 2.00 p.m., that is to the end of the trade
session at Riga stock exchange. Also wording of subclauses (iii) and (vi) of
Article 6.5. has been defined more precisely.
