Steve has over 20 years of financial management experience in both the private and public sectors. He spent the past 13 years leading venture-backed enterprise software companies as Chief Financial Officer. Most notably was TCI Solutions, an application software company providing enterprise software and services to the retail industry. During his tenure at TCI, the business grew by 640%. He also successfully raised several rounds of venture capital financings, took the company public as a reporting company under regulation D, and sold the business at a premium to Retalix.
