SPRINGFIELD, Mo., May 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Mueller Company (Pink Sheets:MUEL) has declared a cash dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share on its outstanding common stock.
The action was taken May 7, 2007, at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors. The dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share is payable on June 8, 2007, to shareholders of record on May 21, 2007.
