After Lars G Nordström's retirement Christian Clausen has been
elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nordea Bank Finland
Plc.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Nordea Bank Finland Plc has
decided that the Board of Directors consists of five members. Other
members continue in their positions except Tom Ruud.
