Thomas E. Schneider resigns as head of Haldex Hydraulic Systems

For family reasons, Thomas E. Schneider is resigning, as of today May 9, from
his position as Executive Vice President and Head of Haldex Hydraulics Systems
and member of Haldex's Executive Committee, and will be leaving Haldex.
Brian Nelson, Vice President, General Manager North America Operations, will be
leading the division on an interim basis.
