The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the Fund Prospectus, Simplified Prospectus and Fund Rules of open-end investment fund Parex Caspian Sea Equity Fund on April 26, 2007. All amendments are in force starting May 28, 2007. Amendments taken changed of allocation of Fund's investment portfolio and specified several Paragraphs of documents. The above-mentioned changes will not influence the fund investment portfolio and its investors. The prospectus of the fund is available from the official website of the Riga Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and on the website of “Parex Asset Management” IPAS (www.parex.lv).
