OMX List Index Information (OMXN40): Adjustment of OMXN40 index due to the split and redemption procedure in SKF (11/07)

Due to the split 2:1 and mandatory redemption of one share for cash payment of SEK 10 in SKF AB, SKF ser. B (SE0000108227) in OMXN40 index will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMX Nordic All-Share, List, Sector and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.1.


The start price for SKF ser. B in index calculation on the ex-day May 15, 2007 will be adjusted by calculated theoretical price after split and redemption based on last traded price on May 14, 2007. The number of SKF ser. B shares in index calculation on the ex-day will be unchanged.
