Equities: Change of adjustment method for Husqvarna in OMX Stockholm Benchmark index (130/07)

Stockholm Stock Exchange has decided to change the adjustment method, see Exchange Notice 110/07, for Husqvarna AB in OMX Stockholm Benchmark index.

Stockholm Stock Exchange will instead adjust OMX Stockholm Benchmark index by including Husqvarna A (HUSQ A, SE0001662222) in index calculation on ex-day  May 14, 2007. This is in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.1. The number of Husqvarna A shares included in index calculation will be 81 725 709. The number of Husqvarna B ( HUSQ B, SE00001662230) shares included in index calculation will remain unchanged.

Observe that the adjustment above will not result in any quarterly capping for the capped version of the benchmark index.
