The transfer has been made outside of the Stock Exchange. After this acquisition Aladdin Investment Services Ltd. holds 9,000,000 shares in Europeinvestment A/S, corresponding to 25.78 % of the company's nominal share capital. After the sale, Tritel Investments Inc. no longer owns any shares in Europeinvestment A/S. Tritel Investments Inc. had previously undertaken to support Europeinvestment A/S with short term financing. This undertaking has now expired. Instead, Europeinvestment A/S has, as mentioned in stock exchange notification dated 18 April 2007, obtained a loan facility from Aladdin Investment Services Ltd. in the amount of € 7.5 million with the right to draw up to € 2.5 million further if Aladdin Investment Services Ltd. approves the purpose of the draw-down.
