The merger plan will be entered into Finnish Trade Register within a month from the decision date and the planned registration date for the implementation of the merger is September 30, 2007. Aspocomp Oy's business in Finland is related to printed circuit board production. The merger has no effect on the Aspocomp Group's financial statement figures.
