BILIA WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THE GNEJSEN REAL ESTATE COMPANY
As has previously been announced, Bilia Personbilar AB and Hans Persson Bil AB have signed an agreement relating to the acquisition of the Hans Persson companies. Part of the deal involved Hans Persson Bil AB’s shareholding in the affiliated company Gnejsen i Sala Fastighets AB. ICA Fastigheter Sverige AB (which previously owned part of Gnejsen) has now announced that it plans to take advantage of its option to purchase the shareholding in Gnejsen. This means that Bilia will not be acquiring it. Bilia takes a positive view of ICA’s decision and the change will only have a marginal effect on Bilia’s acquisition of the Hans Persson companies when it comes to capital employed and results.
