RAMIRENT PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 11.5.2007 SUBSCRIPTION OF RAMIRENT SHARES WITH 2002B OPTION RIGHTS Based on the 2002B option rights, 269,016 new Ramirent shares have been subscribed for. The subscription price was according to the terms and conditions of the options programme 1.495 euros per share for 560 shares and 1.195 euros per share for 268,456 shares. The corresponding 28,919.22 euro increase in the share capital of Ramirent is expected to be entered into the Trade Register on 22 May 2007. After the increase, the share capital will be 11,660,451.47 euros and the number of shares 108,469,316. The new shares confer shareholder rights as from their registration with the Trade Register and are entitled to the same dividend as the old shares. Trading with the new shares is expected to commence on 23 May 2007. After these subscriptions there are 28,640 Ramirent 2002B option rights outstanding based on which 229,120 Ramirent shares can be subscribed for.
