Exiqon A/S makes an offering of minimum 8,690,000 new shares of DKK 1. In
addition there is an over-allotment option of up to 1,303,500 new shares.
The price range is fixed at DKK 32 to DKK 42 per share.
The subscription period will commence on, and include, 22 May to 29 May 2007 at
16:00 CET the latest. Please notice that the offering can be closed earlier
than 29 May 2007 however no sooner than 22 may at 16 pm.
Provided that the Copenhagen Stock Exchange approves the distribution of
shares, Exiqon is expected to be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on 31
May 2007.
In the Nordic List, Exiqon will be included in the SmallCap segment.
