Autoliv Receives Honda Productivity Award

(Stockholm, May 15, 2007) --- Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE:ALV and SSE:ALIVsdb), the
worldwide leader in automotive safety, today announced that Autoliv's North
American division has received Honda's prestigious Productivity Award for
superior performance. The award was presented during Honda's 2007 Annual
Supplier Conference in Toronto, Canada.

and seatbelt products across a variety of platforms. “Our relationship with

So far, Autoliv has received a record number of 13 awards from customers for its
achievements during 2006. In addition to this award from Honda, the Company has
received a Supplier of the Year Award from Hyundai-Kia, two awards from General
Motors, four awards from Ford and five awards from Toyota.
