On 26 April 2007, at the Annual General Meeting shareholders of TEO LT, AB approved payout of 0.26 litas dividend per one ordinary registered share from the profit for the year 2006. Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who on the day of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, i.e. on 26 April 2007, were on the Shareholders' List of the Company. The payout of the dividends for the year 2006 will start on 23 May 2007. Dividends for the year 2006 are subject to withholding tax of 15 per cent, unless the Laws provides exceptions.
