After the increase of the authorized capital from the bank's own funds the amended Charter has been registered

On 14 May 2007 the Charter of Šiaulių bankas AB with the increased authorized   
capital was registered in the Register of Legal Entities. The authorized
capital 
of the bank after the increase has reached LTL 121,033,512 (EUR 35,053,728). The
