Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Securities Markets Act

we hereby announce that Atria Group Plc has received the following announcement
from Julius Baer Investment Management LLC concerning changes in their holding
in Atria.
As a result of a share transaction concluded on 11 May 2007 the holding of
Julius Baer Investment Management LCC, on behalf of its clients, together with
the Julius Baer International Equity Fund has exceeded five (5) per cent of the
share capital of Atria Group Plc. In accordance with the announcement of Julius
Baer Investment Management LLC, the holdings are as follows:
