GFE - GESELLSCHAFT FUER EIGENTUMSSCHUTZ GmbH, AUSTRIA
Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, announces that it
has acquired GFE - Gesellschaft fuer Eigentumsschutz GmbH (GFE) from Martin
Groder and Adelheid Haas.
GFE is a leading security solutions provider in western Austria with gross
assets of €2.6m. Its strong regional presence in Innsbruck and Salzburg will
complement the group's existing activities in Austria.
