(Nasdaq:FDRY), a performance and total solutions leader for end-to-end switching and routing, today announced it's participation in the IPVS (IP Video Security) Magazine panel entitled, "The Future of IP Video Security Solutions: Defining the new Role of IT" on May 22, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. in the Mandalay Bay Breaker B conference room.
Video surveillance technology is rapidly migrating into the IT realm, making it an important topic for IT professionals who, until now, have not had to manage the physical security of their organization. This session defines components of an IP video surveillance solution to help attendees understand its growing importance to IT professionals. The video surveillance market has been broken into a reference architecture of five interoperable platforms-surveillance, switches, servers, software and storage, which are the core systems necessary to design, build and support IP video security.
