CapMan Plc share conversion registered


CapMan Plc share conversion, in which 2,000,000 A-shares were converted to      
B-shares as requested by certain shareholders, has been entered in the Trade    
Register on 16 May 2007. Trading in the converted shares will start today 18 May
2007. The conversion requested was communicated on 4 May 2007.                  

After the conversion, the number of Series A shares is 6,000,000 representing   
60,000,000 votes and the number of Series B shares is 72,314,418 representing   
72,314,418 votes. The total number of shares remains at 78,314,418. The total   
number of votes is 132,314,418 after the conversion.
