The following information is based on the Notification of the Annual General Meeting of TradeDoubler AB (TradeDoubler) dated April 24, 2007 and may be subject to change. The board of TradeDoubler has proposed that the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 24, 2007, approves an extra dividend of SEK 2.50. Scheduled record date is May 29, 2007. Provided that the Annual General Meeting approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in TradeDoubler.
