Decision of  the VSE Management Board (21-05-2007, Minutes No. 07-20)
Having considered the Application for Membership filed by AS Trasta Komercbanka 
with the VSE and pursuant to clause 35.9 of the Trading Rules, the VSE Management 
Board has resolved to grant Membership of the VSE and authorization to trade 
on the VSE markets to AS Trasta Komercbanka as of May 22, 2007.
