Change in significant holding AS Eesti Ehitus announces that as of May 23, 2007, a significant change has taken place in the ownership structure of AS Eesti Ehitus. AS Nordecon announced that it has decreased its holding in AS Eesti Ehitus by 5 percent to 61.15 percent. The shares were allocated to international institutional investors at the market terms. The transaction is part of AS Nordecons' long-term plan to reduce its holding in AS Eesti Ehitus to 51 percent to increase the share's liquidity on the market and maintain the controlling stake in the company.
