ORDER OF PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR 2006


The General Meeting of shareholders of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB , which
took place on April 25, 2007, adopted resolution to appropriate the profit
generated in 2006 and determined that 0.07 Litas per share is the appropriated
dividend. 

Persons who were shareholders of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB on the day of the 
General Meeting, that is, April 25, 2007, have rights to get dividends. 

From May 24, 2007 the dividends will be paid out in the following order:

-To the shareholders whose accounting is managed by financial brokerage firms
or bank subdivisions, providing with accounting services related to securities. 
The sum of dividends with deduction of income tax, will be transferred to the
shareholders' accounts held with respective financial brokerage firms; 

-To the shareholders, whose share accounting is managed by SEB Vilniaus Bankas
AB (instead of Finasta AB FMĮ), which has been the authorized  by Rytų
skirstomieji tinklai AB (the issuer) since May 13, 2007. The sum of dividends
with deduction of income tax, will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts 
held with SEB Vilniaus Bankas or the account held with any other commercial 
bank in Lithuania as indicated by shareholders; 

-To the shareholders, whose share accounting is managed by SEB Vilniaus Bankas
AB, the authorized person by Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB (the issuer), and who 
don't hold accounts with SEB Vilniaus Bankas or haven't indicated their account 
with another bank. The sum of dividends with deduction of income tax will be
transferred to the account opened to shareholders' interest in SEB Vilniaus
Bankas. 

Please note: income tax (15%) is levied on the dividends unless laws provide 
differently. 

When withdrawing dividends in the nearest department of SEB Vilniaus Bankas
 shareholders shall have to present personal identification document.
