Change to the Board of Executives of Auriga Industries A/S and Hardi
International A/S 


Niels-Jørn Rahbek will be retiring as President and CEO of Hardi International
A/S on August 15, 2007. At the same time, Niels-Jørn Rahbek will retire from
the Board of Executives of Auriga Industries A/S. 

Niels-Jørn Rahbek has been employed in Hardi International A/S and Auriga
Industries A/S since 2000. 

Niels-Jørn Rahbek's position as President and CEO of Hardi International A/S
will be taken over by Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing Sten
Kjelstrup. 

From August 16, 2007, the Board of Executives of Hardi International A/S will
consist of President and CEO Sten Kjelstrup and CFO Jens Daugbjerg. 

From August 16, 2007, the Board of Executives of Auriga Industries A/S will
consist of President and CEO Bjørn Albinus and Executive Vice President Kurt
Pedersen Kaalund.
